are hand-painted on Arches 140 lb. cold press paper using professional grade paints.
Artwork will be matted to 11x14 inches and include a backing board. Acid-free white mat is typically about 2 inches wide. Sent to you in a cellophane presentation sheath.
Turn around time is typically 2 weeks. Be sure to communicate when you need the piece, and I can give you a better delivery estimate based on current projects.

Please email me to get started. I will need a photo of the house via email or a photograph in the mail. In many cases GoogleMaps' street view can be very helpful with images, so I request you provide a physical address when possible.
Please include any relevant information to personalize or customize the artwork. Sometimes modifications can be made or seasons changed upon request.
To ensure your satisfaction, I can email you a scanned image of the painting for your approval. Upon your approval and receiving your payment, I will ship (or deliver locally) your painting.
